Report a Speed or Red Light Camera

The GENEVO GPS database for the US and Canada is updated regularly, but cameras get added, moved and removed all the time.

If you spot a speed camera or a red light camera that is missing from the database, has moved or no longer exists, let us know. Every confirmed report goes into a future GENEVO GPS database update, and database updates are free for life for every GENEVO owner.

HOW TO SEND A REPORT

First update your GENEVO to the latest database, then send an email to support.us@genevo.com with:

  • What it is (speed camera, red light camera)
  • What is wrong (missing, removed, wrong position)
  • Where it is (GPS coordinates, or the road and the nearest intersection)
  • A photo or video, if you have one
  • Your detector model (GENEVO MAX or GENEVO PRO II)
