Terms of Sale

Effective October 3, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on www.genevo.com/us/ for delivery in the United States and Canada.

1. Who sells to you

GENEVO Systems LLC, doing business as GENEVO America, 12557 New Brittany Blvd 3 v1005, Fort Myers, FL 33907, USA. Sales: +1 (844) 436-3861, sales.us@genevo.com. Support: support.us@genevo.com. GENEVO products are designed and manufactured by GENEVO s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies to your US delivery address.
• For deliveries to Canada we do not charge US sales tax. Canadian GST/HST, provincial sales tax and any import duties are collected on delivery by the carrier or the Canada Border Services Agency and are paid by the buyer.
• You receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or listing error, or if a product is no longer available; any payment is then refunded in full.

3. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. GENEVO never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Shipping

• United States: free Express Shipping on every order. Orders ship within 1 business day after payment and usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
• Canada: Express Shipping for a flat $25. Orders ship within 1 business day after payment and usually arrive within 3–7 business days; customs clearance can add time.
• We ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada. You receive tracking information by email. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns (30 days)

• You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• The product must be undamaged and fully functional, with all accessories and the original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when we sent a wrong or defective product.
• Before sending anything back, email support.us@genevo.com with your order number so we can give you the return address.
• We refund the original payment method within 10 business days after the return arrives and is checked.
• Installation services bought from a dealer are a contract with that dealer and are not refunded by GENEVO.

6. Limited warranty

• 2 years from the date of purchase for products bought on www.genevo.com.
• 5 years when the product is bought from a certified GENEVO dealer, professionally installed by that dealer and registered with GENEVO America.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, installation not done by a certified dealer for built-in products, or normal wear.
• We repair or replace a defective product at our choice. If neither is possible, we refund the purchase price.
• To make a claim, email support.us@genevo.com with proof of purchase and the serial number.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

7. Legal use

You are responsible for using GENEVO products in line with the laws where you drive. Radar detectors are not permitted in Virginia, in Washington, D.C., or in commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs anywhere in the United States, and they are prohibited in several Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba. Laser jammers are prohibited in a number of states and provinces. Check the current rules before you buy or install. GENEVO products help you stay aware of speed enforcement and do not excuse speeding.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GENEVO Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including fines, citations or increased insurance costs, and our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Consumers in Canada keep the protections of the consumer laws of their province.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
